Joinery Effects Kitchen Guarantee

All our Kitchens are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for 5 Years. Should any defect occur due to our workmanship then it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at absolutely no cost to you. Many of our components are additionally guaranteed by the manufacturers and in some cases, for the lifetime of the kitchen.

Benchtop Guarantee

High pressure laminated benchtops are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and workmanship. In the case of under mounted bowls these are guaranteed for 5 years from the original purchase date.

Blum Hardware Guarantee

Blum hinges are guaranteed for more than 200,000 opening and closing cycles and Blum drawer systems to more than 100,000 cycles. To exceed 100,000 cycles you must use every cupboard and drawer five times each day for the next 55 years! If during the warranty the Blum product becomes defective, it will be replaced free of charge.

To obtain replacement, remove and return the defective product to your nearest Sanco (NZ) Ltd Branch. Enclosing a letter explaining the defect and a copy of the proof of purchase of the product. We will return a replacement or substitute product.

This warranty is also subject to the consumers Guarantee act 1993.

Sanco (NZ) Ltd will not be liable for incidental or consequential damage or otherwise liable to provide any indemnity for loss resulting from or contributed to by the use of these products. Where damage to property is caused by incorrect installation or use of the product/products these will not be liable to replacement.

Joinery Effects Timber Joinery guarantee

All our joinery is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship for 5 Years. Should any defect occur due to our workmanship then it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion at absolutely no cost to you.

Exterior timber joinery is a premium product, which requires a level of protection to enhance the properties of the product. It is recognised exterior timber joinery is not 100% wind and rain proof, it is constructed for sheltered exterior use and should not be exposed to driving rain, direct sunlight or extremes of humidity. In locations where extreme weather conditions are found, additional installation precautions maybe taken to improve the products performance, such as the installation of seals, which are not considered normal trade practice.

 As with other natural materials, wood is affected by environmental factors such as natural and artificial lighting. Darkening or mellowing of the wood can be expected and is a natural process of wood as it ages. Each wood species also exhibits its own distinctive patterns and characteristics which add to its natural beauty. These variations in colour and characteristics are not considered imperfections or defects. This guarantee does not cover the natural aging and darkening of wood colour nor does it apply to the inherent growth characteristics of wood. Shrinkage and or expansion of wood does occur from seasonal changes in temperature and moisture. Minor warping or twisting up to 6mm is expected as normal for timber joinery.
